Christmas Campaign, ‘£800 per second’
Our task was to increase footfall and sales during the festive and sales period – and in a cluttered and expensive media marketplace. We gave the media what they wanted - facts, stats and insights, including the killer stat ‘£800 spent per second’, which went national.
Brent Cross was ‘the’ retail film location, with extensive features and all day broadcasts with BBC News 24, Channel 5, Sky News, ITN and prime news slots on ITV London Today and London Tonight.
The success. We increased hits to the website by over 30,000. Four major retailers reported record sales, their highest since the Centre opened 30 years ago. We saw four record-breaking sales days, despite one of the toughest retail environments in over twenty years. The ROI was 49 times the investment. And we won Gold in the International Maxi Awards.
